As promised…check out the link to my recipe for a white flour substitute. I use this in place of white flour in several recipes.
Follow the measurements in the recipe, sift together, and you’re ready! This blend will have the same outcome as traditional all purpose flour. Baking powder, salt, etc will need to be added when baking.
