
Here is my go to breakfast! Full of protein, low carb and best of all, it calls for BUTTER! And Who doesn’t love butter?! I’m not talking about margarine or butter substitute… but real butter.
How is butter healthy you ask? Let’s look at the ingredients: cream and salt (if you get the salted kind…which I do!) It has none of the hard to pronounce chemicals or preservatives… just cream!
Remember…this is about eating healthy. We’re saying good bye to the processed foods and hello to good health and good eating!
